Admitting Coordinator Supervisor
The Animal Emergency Center has a great opportunity for an individual wanting to join our team as an Admitting Coordinator Supervisor. We are searching for an individual that enjoys working with people and has excellent customer service skills and want to continue their own professional growth. The responsibilities include:
- Office personnel management
- Training and supervision of admitting coordinators
- Quality control and assurance of customer related services
- Some inventory responsibilities
Previous supervisory experience as a team leader and computer experience/data entry is required. Individual must also be familiar with scheduling, training, progressive discipline, policy enforcement, and performance evaluations.
